PURPOSE:To improve elevator operation efficiency and monitoring performance by performing operation control over an elevator cage on the basis of image processing results of both first and second image processing means processing an image of a camera means for the cage or a floor hall. CONSTITUTION:A group control system 1 receives information on hall call buttons 8-1 to 8-4 of both n and m floors and cage control panels 10-1 to 10-4 via respective machine controllers 2-1 to 2-4. In addition, it inputs waiting passenger status by camera units 11-5 to 11-12 and image processors 12-5 to 12-12 installed both n and m floors and cage passenger conditions by camera units 11-1 to 11-4 and image processors 12-1 to 12-4 via an image generalizer 4, and performs operation control over an elevator, while it outputs guide information to indicators 13-1 to 13-8 at each via indicator controllers 3-1 to 3-4. In addition, a cage and a hall on a monitor 7 through a monitoring unit 6. Thus, operation efficiency and crime prevention-supervisory performance can be improved. |
