<p>PURPOSE:To improve stapling speed by omitting operation for stapling to a bin where a sheet is not detected, but continuing the stapling to the next bin. CONSTITUTION:A copied sheet being discharged out of a copying machine body by a discharge roller pair 22 is housed in each bin 60 in order by a sorter part 41, and when it is reached to the specified number of pages an a staple mode is being set, these bins 60 go down in order, feeding a staple part 90 with a sheet bundle via conveying means 80, and it is discharged to a stack part 100 after being stitched by a staple 100. During this processing, if the sheet is pulled out of a certain bin 60, it is detected by a bin sheet detecting sensor, and the sheet bundle is taken out of the bin 60 and fed to a staple tray 91, and stapling after conformity is omitted to this bin 60, then the above operation is continued to the next bin 60 at once. Thus, processing speed can be improved in this way.</p> |
