PURPOSE:To obtain an air-permeable rodenticidal cloth useful for electric wire, container, etc., having durability, containing a rodenticide not dropping from the surface of the cloth, not oozing to the back of the cloth, by scattering the rodenticide in a shape of contained capsule on one side of the cloth. CONSTITUTION:A solution containing cycloheximide shown by the formula is used as a core substance, coated with a wall substance such as polyester resin, etc., and made into microcapsules to give rodenticidal contained capsules, which are scattered to one side of cloth (preferably the capsules are scattered to one side of meshy structural cloth and nonwoven fabric is laminated to the other side of the meshy structure) to give rodenticidal cloth. Preferably the capsules are contained in a thermoplastic resin and dispersed and preferably the thermoplastic resin contains a colorant. The cloth is useful for hose, rubber tube, canvas, sheet, film, etc. |
