PURPOSE:To efficiently execute the transfer work of a system by using a program control table constituted of three tables such as a source program and load module correspondence table, etc., at the time of maintaining the system, transfer of the system which follows version-up, and the transfer of the system to other kind of machine. CONSTITUTION:The a generating instruction of a program control table constituted of three tables of a source program and load module correspondence table, a main program and subroutine relation table, and a load module operating state table is inputted from a keyboard 1-7, a control part 1-6 sends out a starting command to a source program information reading part 1-1, etc. The source program information reading part 1-1 stores an item such as a source program in a file 1-5 from a directory of a source program library. When each store to the file 1-5 is ended, a program reading part 1-9 extracts, classifies and matches data required for generating the program control table from each file and send them out to an editing part 1-10. In such a way, the increase of a work time and a work miss can be prevented.
