The invention relates to an automatic machine performing all the functions necessary for manufacture, from raw materials up to the finished product. It consists of a transport carriage 1 which bears the grinder-mixer-cooker 2 which pours the paste into the buckets 3 of a storage bucket-chain 4. The buckets 3 are tipped into a funnel 5 equipped with an endless-screw system 6 which pushes the paste into the chamber 7. The paste is spread by the roller 8 in the alveolate mould 9. Icing sugar is deposited by the metering device 10 and the forks 11 then discharge the calissons (marzipan sweets) towards a drying zone (stage). <IMAGE>
