<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the waste of a carrying time by giving the use priority of shelf stations in order from the shortest carrying time at every carrying path, and using in order from an empty shelf station, based on the use priority at every carrying path based on the working sequence of a work. CONSTITUTION:At every shelf station position, a carrying time in the case of reaching a working station 2 through a shelf station 3 from a working station 1 is derived, and that which is obtained by arranging the shelf station No in order of a short carrying time is stored in advance as shelf station use priority information in a shelf station storage area 131 and a carrying path storage area 132. In this state, in the case of placing a work in the shelf station, the shelf station whose carrying time in the shortest in the shelf stations which are not used at that time point is detected in accordance with information stored in a shelf station information storage means, and it is commanded to a carrying device to carry the work into this shelf station.
