<p>PURPOSE:To secure the stable detection accuracy by connecting electrically a lead member to a flow velocity detecting resistor, and also, supporting mechanically a base end part of a beam material by a holder together with the lead member. CONSTITUTION:To an open end part of a flow velocity detecting resistor 13, a pair of lead members 15a, 15b are connected electrically, respectively, and these members 15a, 15b reach a base end part of a base material 11. Also, to a pair of open end parts of an inhaled air temperature detecting resistor 12, a pair of lead members 14a, 14b are connected electrically, respectively, and the members 14a, 14b reach the base end part of the base material 11. Moreover, the members 14a, 14b, 15a and 15b are all formed by gold, aluminum, etc., and formed like a rib against the plate surface of the base material 11 by thick film printing, etc. According to such a constitution, even if vibration of an internal combustion engine is transferred to a holder 1 through an inhaling cylinder, there is no possibility that an element 10 is resonated. Also, no self-excited vibration is generated in the element 10 due to inhaled air flow.</p> |
