<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a copied sheet from smudging by constituting a rear part of an intermediate tray to be rockable in order to lower sheet pressure being added to a nip part by a sheet handling mechanism of a paper feeding means. CONSTITUTION:When a one-side copied sheet is housed in an intermediate tray 5, a tray rear part 51b is kept in the same inclination as a tray front part 51, while a gate 58 is projected out, and the sheet is stacked successively so as to stop the sheet with this gate 58. Next, when the sheet is delivered, a cam 73 is rotated, setting the tray rear part 51b to be almost horizontal, and the gate 58 is lowered, thereby delivering the sheet successively on the tray 51 by each rotation of a nudger roller 61 and a paper feed roller 62. At this time, the tray rear part 51b is set to be almost horizontal, whereby pressing force of the sheet being added to a nip part between the paper feed roller 62 and a retard roller 65 becomes lessened. Thus, such a possibility that the copied sheets are rubbed to each other and might be smudged can be prevented.</p> |
