<p>PURPOSE:To secure the stable detection accuracy by constituting this device so that a detection element is contained in an opening part of a holder, a base end part of a base material is fixed and cantilever-supported, and also, a free end part of the base material is brought to push-contact with a pin. CONSTITUTION:A base end part of a detecting element 10 is fixed in a shape inserted and held by a body 2 and a cover body 3, and its free end part is pressed by the tip of a pin 4, and held in a state that tension is applied to the element 10. Therefore, even if vibration of an internal combustion engine is transferred to a holder 1 through an inhaling cylinder, there is no possibility that the element 10 is resonated. Also, it does not occur either that self-excited vibration is generated in the element 10 due to inhaled air flow. Accordingly, plate thickness of the base material of the element 10 is set thinly, and not only a resistance against suction air can be reduced but also the thermal conductor quantity for reading a fitting part to the holder 1 of the element 10 can be suppressed, and the stable detection accuracy can be secured.</p> |
