PURPOSE:To facilitate the peeling of a green sheet by spreading a slurry contg. dielectric ceramic powder on a base film coated with dielectric ceramic powder. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric ceramic powder 1 of about 5mum average particle size is islanded on a silicone coated base film 5 to stick. A slurry consisting essentially of the same dielectric ceramic powder 1, a binder 2 such as polyvinyl butyral, a dispersant, a solvent and a plasticizer is spread on the base film 5 to form a green sheet 4 and this green sheet 4 is peeled. |
