PURPOSE:To make it impossible for a third party to decode a code number based on an input operation by composing a code number input means of a means, which alters the figures of a display means, a means, which confirms the altered figures, and a panel being equipped with the display means at a more concaved position than a front surface. CONSTITUTION:A display means 8 to display the figures, an altering means 9 to alter the figures of the display means 8, a confirming means 10 to confirm the altered figures, and a panel, which is equipped with the display means 8 at the more concaved position than the front surface, constitute the code number input means. Consequently when a card owner inputs the code number, since the display means 8 is provided at the more concaved position than the front surface, it cannot be observed by the third party. Further, when the code number is inputted, the motion of the finger of the card owner is limited to the operations of the altering key 9 to alter the figures and the confirming key 10 to confirm the altered figures. Thus the third party cannot decode the code number based on the input operation of the code number by the card owner. |
