PURPOSE:To ensure easy replacement of a wheel and contrive higher operability, by a construction wherein a card holder turnably fitted to a carriage is provided with a fastening part, and the carriage is provided with an attracting part. CONSTITUTION:To replace a print wheel 22, a turnable lever 32 is detached from a rear stay 21 by turning it, and the carriage A is set into a head-up condition by turning it. At this time, the card holder 33 has a fastening piece 35a engaged with a fastening projected part 38a of a vertical plate 38 of a main body of the printer, so that a magnet 30 is separated from a paper bail part 36, and only the carriage A is turned, while the card holder 33 being maintained at an original position. Accordingly, the card holder 33 is sufficiently spaced from the print wheel 22, and the wheel 22 can be replaced. |
