PURPOSE:To obtain an RI distribution tomographic image of a high quality free of artifact by storing a detection data for each specified angle position of rotation of a detector into a first memory to store a detection data for one rotation into a second memory as each one rotation is ended. CONSTITUTION:An output from an A/D converter 15 is itemized to a detection data for each specified angle position of rotation of a detector 12 to be supplied to a first collection memory section of a collection memory 17 and data at the same angle position of rotation are added together to be stored. On the other hand, the detection data from the converter 15 is itemized to a data for each specified angle position of rotation to be supplied and data at the same angle of rotation are added together. Thus, a group of detection data added to be stored into the second memory section is used to obtain an RI distribution tomographic image of a high quality free of artifact even when the rotation of the detector 12 is stopped at an angle position in the course.
