PURPOSE:To improve the workability and correctly perform the positioning of planetary gears by integrally molding a carrier holding the planetary gears of two pairs of planetary gear mechanisms, and connecting this carrier to a shaft member with splines. CONSTITUTION:A case-shaped carrier 31 holding pinion shafts 26... common to both planetary gears 23L... and 23R... of two pairs of planetary gear mechanisms 21L and 21R is integrally molded, an inner flange 36 is provided at the center of the carrier 31, and this inner flange 36 is connected to an outer flange 42 at the center of a main spindle 41 with splines 37 and 43. The connec tion of the carrier 31 and the main spindle 41 and the center positioning can be performed concurrently and easily, no positioning shaft hole and bolt hole are required to be machined on the main spindle 41, only positioning shaft holes 35L, 35R, and 38 are required to be machined on the carrier 31, thus workability is improved, and the positioning of the planetary gears 23L... and 23R... can be correctly performed.
