A length-adjustable telescopic strut (14) possesses an external tube (11) and an internal tube (12) telescopically displaceable therein. At one end of the external tube (11), a flat external thread (16), onto which an adjusting nut (17) with a lowering sleeve (15) rotatably fastened thereto is screwed, is provided. At least one elongated hole (18), into which a pin bolt (13) which is axially supported on the lowering sleeve (15) engages, is situated in the region of the thread (16).
