PURPOSE:To constitute the title method so that a ring body made of plastic such as an inside member, whose mechanical strength such as tensile strength and compression strength are high, structure is durable, productivity is suitable for mass production and cost is inexpensive, is obtained, by performing molding by interposing a fibrous matter within the plastic as aggregate. CONSTITUTION:C-shaped fibrous matters 3A, 3B, 3C impregnated with plastic 2 as an adhesive agent are laid within a mold into a desired thickness as aggregate. Joining among fibers is made stable by increasing adhesive force of the plastic 2 by adapting the fiber to the plastic 2 through orientation of the fiber. A C-shaped ring 1 made of plastic, which is used as an inside member of a tire chain, is obtained by heating the plastic 2 while pressurizing the mold after casting the plastic 2 within the mold frame. |
