It is a compact photoelectric device with a simple structure - sensor for observing the position of movable components of mechanisms, punch card holes, reading of holes in rotating diaphragms etc. It consists of a base plate (3) with printed circuits, even not contacted through, on both sides. In the base plate (3) there is a side cut (4) with superposed cuts. In one cut there is a LED (5) and in the superposed cut there is a phototransistor (6), so their optical axes are common. The phototransistor (6) is equipped with a light-proof chamber (7) with a diaphragm (9) for the light entrance. The first phototransistor (6) output and the light diodes (5) are soldered to a new printed circuit layer, the second output of the phototransistor (6) and light diode (5) to the second layer.<IMAGE>
