The rubber composition per 100 weight parts of chloroprene rubber in the composition with ethylene-propylene terpolymer contains 1.5 to 15 weight parts of polyvinyl chloride or its copolymer with vinyl acetate, where the volume of vinyl acetate in copolymer is 6 to 30 weight percent, 120 to 250 weight parts of soot or inorganic fillings, 6 to 40 weight parts of mineral oil or esters of dicarboxylic acids, 2 to 20 weight parts of oxidized asphalt, 2 to 20 weight parts of factice, 0.5 to 2 weight parts of stearic acid, 3 to 10 weight parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 7 weight parts of magnesium oxide, 0.1 to 1.5 weight parts of 2-mercaptoimidazoline, 0.3 to 2 weight parts of tetramethylthiuram disulphide, 0.3 to 1.5 weight parts of sulphur, 0.3 to 2 weight parts of 2- mercaptobenzothiazole or 2.2-dibenzothiazyl disulphide, 0.5 to 5 weight parts of paraffin, 0.3 to 1.5 weight parts of phenyl-β- naphthylamine and 0.3 to 1.5 weight parts of N- isopropyl-N-phenyl-p-phenyldiamine. The rubber composition can per 100 weight parts contain 0.1 to 1.5 weight parts of a derivate of diethyldithiocarbamic acid. The rubber damp proof foils, made out of the introduced rubber composition, reach higher parameters that are characterized by a good resistance against mineral oils, high ozone resistance and resistance against atmospheric aging.
