<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a better temperature characteristic with a simple construction by arranging two piezo-electric vibrators linearly on the same plane to detect a change in resonance frequency corresponding to a distortion generated according to acceleration applied in a direction of the plane as acceleration. CONSTITUTION:When acceleration is applied in a direction of the arrow (parallel with a base 16), a distortion is caused in dual tuning fork vibrators 10 and 11 arranged linearly on the same plane of a bridge according to a compression or a tension and a resonance frequency changes according to the distortion. This change in the resonance frequency is detected and measured as acceleration.</p> |
