CONNECTING DEVICE FOR MIXING FAUCET

PURPOSE: To provide stepless direction adjustment by forming an intermediate member adapted to the length of a mixing faucet projected from a building wall out of two members mutually adjusting axially and adjusting the interval of the members by a screw. CONSTITUTION: A sliding collar 5 for sealing a wall hole is provided on an intermediate member 2 fixable by a fitting screw 24 arranged coaxially via a seal member or a housing 4 and an insertion tube 271 to be fitted in a connecting members provided in an upstream-side end face of the intermediate member 2. A partition bolt 23 is arranged in the downstream part of the intermediate member 2 so as to be parallel to the fitting hole 24 and perpendicular to the connecting axis of the both holes 11. The maximum possible extension and contraction of the intermediate member 2 are corresponded to a section 26 and the tip of the partition bolt 23 is made to reach the upstream flange 27 of the intermediate member 2 so as to adjust the length steplessly. By this constitution, the stepless and axial adjustment of the connecting member can be provided.
