Liquid dye dispersion intended to be incorporated into plastics before they are converted and intended to colour these plastics in the bulk, comprising a carrier containing chiefly a pinene-based terpene oil and dye materials. An ethoxylated alkylphenol and other surface-active constituents chosen from the group comprising sodium dioctylsulphosuccinate, sodium benzoate, fatty acid condensates, a phosphoric ester and an alkyl polyalkoxylate may be added to the carrier. This dispersion, which is compatible with the usual polymers, makes it possible to obtain products with uniform colouring, without surface deterioration and without warping phenomena. |
