PURPOSE:To enable comfortable airconditioning capable of keeping the head cool and the foot warm by installing an upper blowoff port and a lower blowoff port to indoor equipment, connecting said lower blowoff port with a space in a double floor, providing an opening near the end, and blowing a low capacity of high temperature hot air from said lower blowoff port in the early stage of heating, a specified capacity of hot air from the lower blowoff port when a room temperature rises, and the specified capacity of air from the upper blowoff port during cooling. CONSTITUTION:During cooling operation a fan 19 makes a normal rotation by a preset air capacity. Cooled air is discharged from an upper blowoff port 17, passing through a heat exchanger 4 as indicated by dotted lines marked with arrows. The cooled air, after it has cooled a dwelling zone falling from a ceiling 13, is absorbed from a lower blowoff port 18, passing through a space 23 in a double floor 22 from an opening 24. During heating operation, the fan 19 makes a reverse rotation and the hot air is discharged from the opening 24, passing through a lower space 23 in the double floor 22 from the lower blowoff port 18 indicated by the solid line. Since the blowoff air is preset to breeze capacity in the early stage of operation, the air capacity which passes through a heat exchanger 4 is minimized while the temperature of the air discharged from the opening 24 is increased. However, the air returns to the preset air capacity as it approaches the preset temperature so that the hot air heats the double floor when it is passing through. |
