PURPOSE:To obtain the title polyol which gives polyurethane of high hardness and elasticity by radical polymerization of specific polyether-ester-polyol bearing allyl groups followed by grafting monomers onto a mixture thereof with polyether polyol. CONSTITUTION:A polyether polyol is allowed to react with allyl glycidyl ether and a saturated dicarboxylic anhydride, then with an alkylene oxide to give an allyl groups-containing polyether-ester polyol. Then, the polyol is polymerized with a peroxide radical catalyst to give a high-molecular-weight polyether polyol. Another polyether polyol is added to the product, so that the concentration of the product becomes 1 to 40wt.%, then an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing monomer is grafted using a radical catalyst to give the subject polymer polyol. |
