<p>A resin compsn. having excellent heat-stability and weather-ability comprises a resin (1) (100 pts. wt.), a heat-stabiliser (2) (0.01-10 pts. wt.), a hindered amine weathering agent (3) (0.01-10 pts. wt.) and a hypophosphorous acid cpd. (1) is an olefin polymer, (2) is a hindered phenyl cpd., such as a 2,6-dialkyl phenyl deriv. or a 2-alkyl phenyl deriv., a sulphur cpd. having diol or thio ether bondings, or a cpd. having hypophosphorous ester bondings. The hypophosphorous acid cpd. (3) is represented by a general formula Xa(H2PO2)b (A) where X is a metal ion, an ammonium ion or a quat. phosphonium ion; a and b are positive rational numbers and a x c = b (where c is the valence of X).</p> |
