PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of operation misses without allowing an operator to have the specific feeling of physical disorder by allowing an automatic transaction device to recognize whether the user is skillful at operation or an unskilled user and switching an input operation screen for display on the basis of the recognized result. CONSTITUTION:The value of a timer mechanism 31 for monitoring operation time is set up and a check key indicating the completion of respective data inputs, a data key and a correction key for correcting input data are detected by respective decision processing parts 107 to 109. When an input condition is not satisfied by decision processing 111 or 112, '1' is added to an operation error counter by addition processing 116. The added result is compared with a previously set value by decision processing 117, and when the value of the operation error counter is larger or when the time-out of the operation time is detected by decision processing 110, the user is an unskilled user is recognized. In this case, the current system is switched to an operation guiding system for displaying an easily understandable divided guidance screen for unskilled users. |
