<p>PURPOSE:To avert an impact stop and to prolong the life of the device by providing a fluid dynamical braking device which gradually absorbs energy by receiving the rotating force of a picker part and gently and smoothly controls the rotating force of the picker part on the base side of the device. CONSTITUTION:The rotation control system consists of the picker part 21, a motor 22 which rotates this part, a tachogenerator 23 which takes out the rotation thereof as a digital signal, a control section 30 which is inputted with the tacho-pulses of the output thereof, counts the pulses and emits a stop instruction when the count number attains a specified value, and a driving section 40 which receives the output therefrom and supplies driving electric power to the motor 22. Further, the fluid dynamical braking device 24 which gradually absorbs the energy by receiving the rotating force of the picker part 21 and gently and smoothly brakes the rotation of the picker part 21 is provided on the base side of the device. The picker part 21 acts on the fluid dynamical braking device 24 after the control section 30 outputs the stop instruction by counting the tacho-pulses up to the specified value. The rotating energy is thus absorbed and the picker part is gently and gradually successively stopped.</p> |
