PURPOSE:To perform injection molding with a two-piece divided metal mold and reduce a manufacturing cost by forming slit grooves for extraction of the end part of a coil which is embedded in a groove for burying the coil and causing depth directions of respective slit grooves to be parallel or to intersect at right angles each other to a section perpendicularly intersecting to a cylindrical axis. CONSTITUTION:Slit grooves 113 for extraction of the end part of a coil which is embedded in a groove 114 for burying the coil are formed in the direction of a cylindrical axis intersecting to the groove 114 for burying the coil and respective slit grooves 113 are formed so that depth directions of respective slit grooves 113 are parallel or to intersect at right angles each other at a section perpendicularly intersecting to the cylindrical axis. As a twopiece divided metal mold is used as the metal mold on the occasion of molding a green substance, a large number of green substances such as 4-16 pieces of them can be obtained and then maintenance and repairs of the metal mold are easily performed and stable cylindrical rotary transcores are obtained at a low cost.
