PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of position registration and to facilitate a busy channel switching in the communication state of a mobile radio equipment by allowing a radio base station nearest the mobile radio equipment to charge the leadership of the control relating to the execution of communication such as position registration from the mobile radio equipment, incoming/outgoing call and switching of busy channel. CONSTITUTION:When at least one set of new base station ID information different from bits of base station ID information having stored so far in a mobile radio equipment 50 is found out among bits of ID information of a radio base station 30, it is discriminated that the mobile radio equipment 50 moves to a new zone, an incoming control channel is used and the ID information of the mobile radio equipment 50 is sent to a surrounding radio base station 30. Plural radio base stations 30 receiving the ID information send the position registration signal of the mobile radio equipment 50 to a gate exchange 20. Thus, when the mobile radio equipment 50 moves to a new zone during communication (talking), since the position registration is updated simultaneously when the assignment of the new channel to the gate exchange 20 is applied between the new radio base station and the mobile radio equipment 50, no special operation is required. |
