PURPOSE:To wash efficiently and safely the interiors of fine tubes to which furs are attached by discharging a washing shell by a washing shell discharging device moving horizontally and intermittently while self-running vertically along a header plate. CONSTITUTION:In the washing device of a washing system in a heat exchanger provided with a lot of fine tubes (c), respective chucking devices 3 are provided on both end portions 1b of a guide rail 1 which are provided horizontally so that these chucking devices 3 are temporarily inserted into fine tubes (c) respectively to be held by themselves. A lifting and lowering device 11 provided with a cylinder device 14 is provided at the intermediate of the guide rail 1. A sliding member 17 is provided slidably on a support 15 of the lifting and lowering device 11, and respective chucking devices 18 are provided on both end portions of the sliding member 17 so that these chucking devices 18 are temporarily inserted into the fine tubes (c). A washing shell discharging device 26 is moved on the guide rail 1 while intermittently feeding. As a result, not only the washing operation for the fine tubes and the like can be preformed with excellent efficiency without assemblying any scaffold but also the operation of the washing device can be performed automatically, and hence any manual operation within the water chamber can be eliminated. |
