PURPOSE:To obtain the prescribed loop by forming the end shape of the outlet of a wire passing hole of a tool in a flared shape, and mirror-polishing the inner surface of an exit to prevent the surface of wirings from scratching. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface treatments of an inlet 3 and an outlet 4 of a wire passing hole 2 for passing wirings 5 of a bonding tool 1 are remarkably performed to be mirror-polished to increase the shape 6 of the outlet of the tool. Thus, the shape of the outlet of the wire passing hole of the tool is increased in a flared shape, and the inner surface of the wire passing hole of the exist side is mirror-polished to prevent the surface of the wirings from scratching. Since a resistance in case of forming a wire loop is less, the prescribed loop can be obtained. |
