PURPOSE:To secure an enough clamping force even at a grommet section, by projecting a cylinder hole circumferential section of a gasket that comprises a metal core plate and sheetlike materials secured to opposite surfaces of the metal core plate, and providing two annular beads and a metal grommet. CONSTITUTION:The gasket body 8 comprises the steel core plate 9 and the nonmetal sheetlike materials pressed and bonded to opposite surfaces said plate 9 and has a cylinder hole 12. The diameter of the cylinder hole 12 is larger than the diameter of a core plate section cylinder hole 11, and the circumferential section 9a is projected from both the sheetlike materials 10, and is formed with the two concentrical annular beads 13, 14 by press working. The grommet 15 of a metal such as a stainless steel is mounted therein. Thus, even at the section where the grommet is mounted, an enough clamping force can be secured. |
