PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crack which is generated in the relief hole parts of metal plates by a method wherein after a filler containing hard inorganic materials is filled in the relief hole parts, the plates are laminated by hot press. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 1, such as a copper plate or an Al plate and the like, is subjected to relief hole work and thereafter, the plate 1 is oxidized or roughened its surface, is pinched between prepregs 2 and is hot-pressed along with a copper foil on its surface. A process in which after a filler 4 connecting hard inorganic materials (foaming glass powder) 4a is filled in a relief hole part 11, the metal plates are laminated by hot press, is contrived so as to be included in the manufacturing method of the title board. Accordingly,the materials 4a being contained in the filler 4a are equally dispersed in a resin, which soaks in the part 11 by hot press, of the prepregs 2. Thereby, a shrinkage stress works equally at the time of shrinkage of the resin and the generation of a crack can be prevented. |
