HIGH-SPEED PULSE GENERATING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To facilitate the variation of output timing by providing a pulse selecting means which generate selection pulses for selecting the output timing of pulses that are generated by a high-speed pulse generating means and circulate at an N-pulse period. CONSTITUTION:The high-speed pulse generating means 10 generates the high- speed pulses which circulate at a period of N pulses, and the number N of the pulses is 7 (a-g). The pulse selecting means 20 generates mask pulses for setting the output timing from the cyclically generated pulses. Then an output means 30 ANDs the pulses generated by the high-speed pulse generating means 10 and the mask pulses generated by the pulse selecting means 20 and outputs the AND output to stably extract pulses of specific timing among the pulses which circulate at the N-pulse period. Consequently, the timing of the output pulses is easily varied.
