PURPOSE:To substantially improve the operation efficiency by applying to the surface of an amorphous sheet a liquid which volatilizes at a temperature not greater than the magnetic field annealing temperature, and then performing magnetic field annealing, thereby providing a condition that the amorphous sheet is properly adhered to each other. CONSTITUTION:A liquid which volatilizes at a temperature not greater than the magnetic field annealing temperature is applied to an amorphous sheet. The liquid to be used is an organic solvent such as thinner, which has a property that is volatilizes and disperse at a temperature not greater than the magnetic field annealing (350 deg.C-400 deg.C), and which does not corrode the amorphous sheet. For instance, when a ring-shaped core 11 is cut with a cutter 12, a liquid 13 is caused to penetrate through an amorphous sheet 14. Then after applying the liquid 13 to the amorphous sheet 14, magnetic field annealing is performed. The amorphous sheet 14 is put in a adherence state by the surface tension of the liuqid 13 in relation to its thinness. In addition, this adhesive force is such that separation can easily be performed. |
