PURPOSE:To perform printing at stable density with only one key input by setting input information as print density information, if data is entered by a printing speed setting key while printing speed information is locked. CONSTITUTION:If a printing speed lock key 5d is pushed downward, printing speed information which is set at this time is locked, and printing process takes place at the sot printing speed until the printing speed lock key 5d is again pushed downward. In the meantime, if the printing speed setting key 5e is pushed downward after the printing speed lock key 5d is set, information which is entered from the printing speed setting key 5e is determined as print density information, and this information is stored in RAM 220. In printing process, a plate cylinder drive motor 33 for driving the plate cylinder by rotation is controlled based on printing speed setting information stored in RAM 220. In addition, the contact force of a press roller is controlled so that printing process at a set print density is executed. |
