PURPOSE:To prevent the baking and delamination of a label with melted foil by a method in which a nitrile-based pigment foil is hot-marked on a polyester film label processed into a fixed form and then air-cooled. CONSTITUTION:A polyester film label 1 and a nitrile-based pigment foil 6 for plastics are set in place. Then, a type 4 is heated to 150-170 deg.C in advance and printed at a face pressure of about 1.5-3kg/cm<2> for about 0.8sec by operating a cylinder 5 in such a way that the foil 6 is baked with the label 1 by heat polymerization. They are allowed to stand for about 4sec for air cooling, the label 1 is separated from the foil 6 by a shearer 7 and sent to a fixed place, and printed label 1 is separated from a base paper 3 and adhered to an object. |
