PURPOSE: To prevent heating due to an eddy current in a magnetic feedback conductor and increase efficiency of magnetization by a method wherein, in a magnetic circuit magnetizing a magnetic material of a cylindrical shape to an axial direction, a soft magnetic feedback conductor is composed of a material of low loss characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic material to be magnetized comprises a cylindrical main body, namely a magnetic rod 1. A plane of a circle formed with an end face of the magnetic rod 1 and an end face of a coil 2 has the same outer diameter as the coil 2, and as described above, is covered with circular discs 3, 4 made of a low loss ferromagnetic material. As static magnetization of a magnetic circuit, permanent magnets 5, 6 having the same outer diameter as the soft magnetic discs 3, 4 and formed as a disc arranged outside thereof are used. A cylindrical ring 7 having the same axial length as the coil 2 encircles the coil 2. This is also made of a low loss ferromagnetic material. With this structure, the magnetic rod 1 can be magnetized at both static and dynamic functions at high efficiency to an axial direction. |
