<p>PURPOSE:To swiftly discharge the desorbed gas to be exhausted in an adsorption tower into the air in a short time and to prevent the generation of exhaust sound by opening the plural gas discharge valves connected with the gas discharge passages of adsorption tower with a specified time interval. CONSTITUTION:In the adsorption process, compressed gas is supplied to the adsorption towers 1, 2 packed with adsorbents 1A, 2A in the inner parts to pressurize the inner parts of the adsorption towers, where one kind of gas in the compressed gas is adsorbed by the adsorbent and the other kinds of gas are produced. In the desorption process, one the other hand, the gas in the inside of the adsorption tower is discharged through the gas discharge passage to desorb the one kind of gas adsorbed by the adsorbent. At this time, the gas discharge valves 13A, 13B, 14A, 14B are respectively provided in the gas discharge passages 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B, and are opened with the specified time interval so that the amount of discharged gas is steppingly increased with the initial discharge amount throttled by the control circuit (sequencer) 33. As a result, the desorbed gas to be exhausted in the adsorption tower is swiftly discharged into the air in a short time.</p> |
