PURPOSE:To perform excellent heat seal free from adhesion between a film and a heat sealer by a method wherein film sheets are pinched and welded between the pressure surface of the heat sealer and the sealer support thereof before compressed air is blasted from the abovementioned pressure surface toward said film sheet. CONSTITUTION:Stacked film sheets are pinched and welded between the pressure surface 3 of a heated sealer 1 and the sealer support 6 thereof. After welding, compressed air is introduced instantly from a hose 4 to separate the sealer 1 from the sealer support 6. The film sheets welded by heating are separated by the compressed air blown instantaneously out of the discharge opening 5 equipped on the pressure surface 3 from the pressure surface 3. In this manner, it can be prevented that the film movement is not smooth because the welded film sheet sticks to the pressure surface or the film is broken by overheating. |
