<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate operation by reading a fingerprint printed on an alien registration original slip or fingerprint original paper, storing the read fingerprint and printing only the fingerprint by processing its density, shape, etc., and preparing a document according to them. CONSTITUTION:The alien registration original slip is set on an image scanner 1 and the fingerprint printed on the alien registration original slip is read in a processor which processes and prints the fingerprint through an image scanner 1. Then the processor 2 adjusts the density of the fingerprint and puts the shape of the finger print in order, a printing position is specified, and only the finger print is printed on the printing processing part of the processor 2. Then certifi cate entry items are printed by utilizing an on-line system of alien registration so as to prepare the alien registration certificate. Consequently, alien registration information is only inputted to the on-line system and need not be inputted to a word processor to facilitate the operation.</p> |
