PURPOSE:To improve the even coating of tonor by performing sand-blasting to the surface of a developer supporting member by indeterminate form blast particles to make the surface coarse and then performing sand-blasting the surface by spherical blast particles. CONSTITUTION:Silicone carbide of #600 is used for a sleeve 2 as blast grinding particles and blown upon a non-magnetic stainless sleeve to perform sand-blasting for 2min at the conditions of a nozzle diameter of phi7, a distance of 100mm. and a projection pressure of 4kg/cm<2> for example. Subsequently the sand-blasting is repeated by using spherical glass beads for 1min at the conditions of a nozzle diameter of phi7, a distance of 100mm. and a projection pressure of 2kg/cm<2>. A mixture of 100pts.wt. polyethylene and 70pts.wt. magnetic powder is used as tonor. By using said developing device, the tonor is prevented from being unevenly applied, improving tonor coating. |
