The method according to the invention relates to the joining by means of solidification of products of which at least one is of food type. It consists of a casing made in a mould having a core 1 of which the cavity will be filled with one or more food components in a filling-compacting cycle. The cavity will be closed off by a glazing-type method closing off the food core inside. The method according to the invention is intended particularly for the preparation of beverages.
