发明名称 ADHESION METHOD BETWEEN FIBER AND FLUORORUBBER- COMPOSITE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce composite material with superior adhesive property between fiber and composite material by following method in which after the fiber has been pretreated with mixture of acrylate system latex and resorcin-formalin liquid, it is vulcanized by contact with unvuleanized rubber. CONSTITUTION:Mixture liquid in which ratio of (A):(B) is 10:1-2:1 (solid weight ratio) is utilized, and (A) is acrylonitrile-butadiene latex or acrylate latex, and (B) is resorcin-formalin liquid (mol ratio of resorcin: formalin is 1:3-3:1). Fiber (e.g. as corde shape, nylon fiber and polyester fiber) is dipped into said mixture liquid. After heat treatment, the fiber is caused to be closely in contact with unvulcanized fluoro rubber, and they are vulcanized and caused to become a compositve material at about 150 deg.C for thirty minites. Further, it is more effective that the fiber is treated by isocyanate solution and/or epoxy solution, prior to the treatment by said mixture liquid.
