PURPOSE: To make operation conditions of a fluid counter simple by making a receiver perform serial BCD output of all information on a rack to a data processing center by reading respective counters through a telephone line, etc. CONSTITUTION: Information is sent from a transmitter E to an associated receiver R arranged on the rack 25. A plurality of transmitters E1-E4 are set in parallel and a receiver R1 performs totalization to add the consumption of circulating fluid. Further, a receiver R2 is inserted in series with a needed line. Then the information is transmitted to the processing center by the telephone line, an optical fiber, or an electromagnetic wave. This processing center consists of a computer 26 and a printer billing device 27, and calculation statements of all the counters are automatically generated and checked; and all the rack counters are successively read by the indication of the computer 26 and respective read data are assigned to relative users by a billing program.
