<p>PURPOSE:To form the precise filter by parting a photosensitive material and a mask at a specified spacing, irradiating the material and the mask respectively with light rays from the opposite sides to form a hologram and reconstructing the reconstruction image thereof in the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material 1 and the mask 2 are disposed apart the prescribed spacing D. The photosensitive material 1 and the mask 2 on which patterns are drawn are irradiated with light rays 3, 4 respectively from the opposite sides to record interference fringes on the photosensitive material 1 with the light transmitted through the mask 2 as object light and the light 3 as reference light by which the Lippmann hologram is formed. This hologram 1 and the photosensitive material 5 are disposed apart a prescribed spacing and are irradiated with reconstruction light 6 from the material 5 side to reconstruct the mask image in the position apart the distance D from the hologram 1. The photosensitive material 5 is so positioned that the material 5 and the reconstructed image overlap on each other. The extremely sharp image is recorded without generating out-of-focus in this way and the precise color filter is obtd.</p> |
