PURPOSE:To manufacture different types of illumination fixtures easily using a lesser number of parts by separating the lighting body and the basis of each illumination fixture with possibility of fitting together and removing, replacing lamp socket at the basis when the type of lamp used is to be changed, and combining a lighting body appropriate to this lamp. CONSTITUTION:A lamp socket 22 is installed on a base plate 21 of the basis B of an illumination fixture, and a desired lamp 23 is fitted in this socket 22. This basis B is accommodated in a recess 15 at the rear end of the lighting body A situated mating with the lamp 23, and the basis B and lighting body A are coupled together by any method. A support table 27 to support the socket 22 on the base plate 21 is secured to a counting table 26 using screws, followed by mounting of a hang tool 30 and a cover 40. The lighting body A is assembled with a selected case in a size corresponding to the lamp 23 or a reflecting member 2 to obtain necessary light distribution. The dimensions and shape of this recess 15 in lighting body A shall be the same even in case different from the dimensions of an outer case 1. |
