PURPOSE:To prevent the data description error of an operator to an OMR sheet in advance by instructing the describing method of a service ordering data with the OMR sheet to the operator of a communication terminal by a voice. CONSTITUTION:An OMR sheet instruct control part 25 stores an explanation data instructing the preparing method of the OMR sheet and successively transmits the explanation data corresponding to OMR data to be successively analyzed through a voice output part 26 of a communication control part 13 to a communication terminal 51 by the voice and in the case of service ordering with the OMR sheet from the communication terminal 51, the data describing method to the OMR sheet is explained to the operator by the voice. When a PB signal is inputted to a PB signal input part 27 corresponding to the explanation, further, the next required describing method is instructed by the voice, and the describing method of the ordering data with the OMR sheet for the various kinds of service is instructed. |
