PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing a polyurethane foam free from the problems of scorching, public nuisance and environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION:A process for producing a polyurethane foam comprising reacting an organic polyisocyanate with an alkylene oxide derivative prepared by introducing prim. and/or sec. amino groups into at least part of the molecular terminals of an alkylene oxide adduct of a compound having at least two active hydrogen atoms and water.
