PURPOSE:To obtain red sea-bream giving same feeling of quality as natural red sea-bream and also useful for splitting action of water properties in culture farm by scattering or throwing in solid state feed for culturing containing powdery fossil shell containing specific component as principal component into culture farm of red sea-bream. CONSTITUTION:Powdery fossil shell (obtained by mining from vein of fossil shell buried in the land of Toyama prefecture and district) containing about 30-50% calcium oxide, about 10-15% silicic anhydride, about 2-4% aluminum oxide and <=10% others such as magnesium oxide, potassium oxide or sodium oxide is added to live bait, e.g., in an amount of the range from 0.5 to 2.0% and thrown to cultured red sea-bream to afford the aimed red sea-bream. |
