<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance by using a copolymer of PGMA and PMMa for a flattening layer, intermediate layer and top coating layer, separating the mosaic patterns of color filters to respective picture element units and providing 15 to 50 bits of dummy mosaic patterns in the peripheral part exclusive of an image area. CONSTITUTION:An org. high-polymer transparent material used as an underlying layer, the intermediate layer for dyeproofing and the top coating layer is formed of the copolymer of the polyglycidyl methacrylate (PGMA) and the polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and is subjected to a wet development in a far UV photosensitive positive type. The mosaic patterns of the org. color filters are separated by one picture element each and 15 to 50 bits of the dummy mosaic patterns are provided around the effective use region of the color filters. Namely, 15 to 50 bits of the color filters are extended in the periphery of the image area 2 which is the filter-forming region 3. The influence of shrinkage is no longer exerted on the effective image area and the heat resistance is improved.</p> |
